Hi Rick, can you tell our international readers how you help businesses that are relocating or expanding to the U.S.?
I’m a full-service, turn-key immigration lawyer. I assist investors and foreign nationals who are looking to live and work in the United States. I handle all the immigration aspects for employers, employees, family members, and anyone else associated with the business. First step is to work with clients to help them identify which visa is the best fit for their situation. Then I guide them through the process of filing for visas and later, if wanted, turning that visa into a permanent resident card.
My practice includes immigration specialists who speak Spanish, French, Arabic, Italian, Urdu, Gujarati, Creole and Portuguese; we are prepared to assist individuals from all over the world.
Do you work for the government?
No, I work for a private law firm to help my clients get the visa results they need. I have over 10 years of experience dealing with the U.S. government and its embassies around the globe on immigration issues, which is why Global Delaware reached out to me. I joined the Concierge Team to help individuals plan ahead, to know what they will need now and in the years to come, to ensure they can live in the U.S. with their families as they expand their business venture.
Some might be intimidated by the legal process of getting a visa because of high consultation and legal fees. Do you charge a fee to work with clients?
I do charge a standard consultation fee for the first meeting, but that fee is waived for investor clients of Global Delaware. If an international business person would like to work with me, I will explain all of the fees upfront so that there are no surprises. Most of my clients tell me that my fees are very reasonable and that they are pleased with the results!
How can investors contact you?
Email works best, but I’m available by phone as well.
